Cookies and stored data
This public site uses no cookies that would need consent, and carries no advertising or analytics tags. That is why you are not being asked to agree to anything.
The EU ePrivacy Directive (Art. 5(3)) requires consent before anything is stored on or read from a visitor’s device. That covers more than cookies — browser storage such as localStorage counts too. The only exception is storage strictly necessary for a service the visitor asked for, and the exception is all this site relies on.

Third-party services
This page embeds nothing from another service — no video player, map, social button or externally hosted font.Those usually leave something on the device the moment they load, so the public site does without them.
If analytics were ever added
Analytics is not “strictly necessary”, so it would require consent first. If it is ever added, the consent banner and the record of the choice arrive in the same change — a test stops analytics being added on its own.
