How we handle privacy

What Tactigo handles is footage and records that can identify a player. So privacy here is built as a feature rather than written as a clause. This page sets out that thinking, and your rights.

1. Who is responsible (the controller)

Tactigo is operated by Ensologic (to be incorporated in Germany).Company registration and a published contact address are being prepared, and will be stated on this page once settled.

2. About this public site

This site uses no cookies and no browser storage. The only thing recorded is the server access log. The full breakdown is inCookies and stored data.

3. What the app handles

  • Match footage — A link you provide (YouTube and the like). Tactigo never stores the footage itself.
  • Player details — The name and identifying marks (shirt number and so on) entered so the analyst can pick the player out of the footage.
  • The request and what follows — The brief, messages, the report, attached clips, and the rating.
  • Sign-in details — The email address and display name of a Google account.

4. Who can see it

Analysts who have not accepted see nothing that identifies the player. The content is visible to exactly one analyst: the one who accepted the request. An analyst cannot accept without agreeing to the data-protection terms, and what they agreed to is recorded with its version and can be read by the person who requested the analysis.

5. Retention (it deletes itself)

What How long
Messages 24 hours after completion
Footage links and attached clips 14 days after completion
The whole record of the request (report and rating included) 30 days after completion
A request nobody accepted closes 3 days after publication

The report downloads as a ZIP. Because the windows above delete it, save what you need before they run out.

6. Where it is stored

The database and the servers are all inside the EU. There is currently no transfer outside the EU.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can delete your account yourself, from Settings in the app.It is refused while a case is in progress, because payment to the analyst or a refund to you is still outstanding.Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone — the report and attached clips go with it.You also have the right to complain to the supervisory authority in your country.

8. Accessibility

The screens are built to target WCAG 2.1 AA. Colour contrast and the minimum text size of form fields are checked by automated tests on every change, while other things — screen-reader use, for one — are not yet verified at all. What is checked, and what is not, is set out in full inAccessibility.

9. The document analysts agree to

The data-protection document an analyst agrees to before taking a case is version-controlled. Both the analyst who agreed and the person who made the request can read it in full inside the app.
